- Add a Youth Pastor to the staff
- Encourage personal evangelism by our members.
- Make every effort to insure that all regular attenders have come to faith.
- Increase the visibility of our church in our community through outreach activities.
- Publicize our church on the Internet
- Motivate members to invite family and friends to church
- Continue Dinner for 8 on a regular basis
- Contact with new attenders/visitors by church leadersHold a New Believers Class & other Adult SS classes throughout the year
- Establish a "Leaders in Training Class" to raise up the next generation of leaders
- Grow our RRNC Building Fund through giving and wise investments
- Investigate purchasing a home for ministry and investment purposes
- Expand our Adult Fellowship Groups
